I have officially been writing Nevada: High Roller for 5 YEARS!

I started writing it in my first year of university, when I was 19 (almost 20), which was way back in 2021, while COVID was still going on. I was just about to move out into off-campus accommodation in Ormskirk, and was home during the summer, where I basically just hibernated through the summer by playing through Fallout: New Vegas a stupid amount of times, and weirdly, the characters of Nevada Morgan, Georgia Morgan, and Virginia Morgan just kinda came to me while playing through and thinking of it in a more RP sense. Back then, I had WAY more time to write than I do now. But now, it's been 5 years since I started, and I went from a 1st year university student in a crappy relationship, to an almost 25 year old who graduated with a diploma of higher education in Psychology (after an extra year, and 7 months postpartum), got engaged, had my wonderful, perfect daughter (who is now 19 months old), and work a full time job behind a bar with a team of staff who became my friends SUPER quickly.

Life's good. And in 5 years, I've written, for Nevada: High Roller, an approximate grand total of...

773,720 words (PLUS 11,385 from the currently unpublished Chapter 40 of Nevada: High Roller)!

Thank you all for the support over the years, and thank you all for enjoying the characters I'm writing! There's so much more to come, and I can't wait for you all to see it! :)

Wowww, the panic I just had when Wattpad wouldnt let me log in and said they couldn't find my user, making me think my account had been deleted or something...

my goddddd I am absolutely perishing right now from one hell of a cold but I've found a little bit of time to write despite it

I've been working quite a bit recently. It's like 99% closing shifts on the bar, which I love, but it's VERY tiring after taking care of Georgia ALL day until right up until I go to work. Lost momentum for a while with writing but hopefully I can figure out a better schedule for myself through the day when my daughter is napping. Every time I reread over the chapter of Nevada: High Roller I'm currently on, I'm both excited for the progression into Legion territory, but also terrified to write it because goddddd, it's GOT to be just as good and terrifying and messed up as it needs to be for the Legion.

          How are y'all doing? :)

Hope you feel better soon.
I am okay but I have like no motivation to write. However since I will probably never finish my Elder Scrolls stories I have decided to make a summary thing for them on AO3.

Been a little busy recently with work and childcare, but I'm hoping to get some time to get back into writing soon :)

How are you all doing? :)

@CoryMeadows12 Congrats on passing that class! That's great news! And good luck for all of your summer classes, I hope they all go great and I hope you get to graduate! :) Do you have any friends or family who drive? They might be able to give you a hand.

I am doing so-so.
I finally passed a class that I failed two times. If I do well in my summer classes I can FINALLY graduate after my seminar in December.
I am just thinking of that AND how I will get an apartment despite not having a car to move things…

New chapter for The Last Boot Rider (Fallout New Vegas/Nevada: High Roller) is out NOW!

Nevada tries to teach Benny how to shoot. He sucks at it!

This is part 1 of the "Bite The Bullet, Baby" chapter because it was getting longer than I wanted it to be, so I've split it in two. I'll be working on the 2nd part of the "Bite The Bullet, Baby" chapter soon, along with chapter 40 of Nevada: High Roller! For context, reading Nevada: High Roller first would totally help things make sense! :)

@MiniFranzipan You are the reason why I keep writing my fallout fan fictions. I love how detailed your chapters are. <3 I'll keep an eye on your work and hopefully it might help me write and make my stories more engaging. <3 xoxo Love!

Hi everyone,

I've gone back and made some minor edits to chapter 1 of Nevada: High Roller. Mostly, it's just some slight changes and additions to dialogue, some changes to sentence structure, and some changes to paragraphing. There are a few additional details to hint at things that happen later on in the story, too.

Hope you're all doing well, and I hope you're all enjoying the latest chapter, Chapter 39 :) I am working on writing chapter 40 as I write this (it's 1:30am and I can't sleep so :/ )

I read it sometimes. Here and there. I am not big on Benny so I am not as invested but still enjoying.

Hi guys!

Just done a little updating to Chapter 38 -- noticed a few issues where my keyboard must have lagged while typing and a few paragraphing issues later on in the chapter, but they're all fixed now. It's 1am and I'm currently trying to get more of Chapter 39 written before I go to bed :)

Hi everyone!

Little update for anyone who doesn't follow me on Insta where I post more cosplay/life stuff -- I had a (?)partial molar pregnancy/missed miscarriage that I underwent surgery to end/remove on October 20th, after finding out on the first scan on October 17th. For the past week, I've been struggling to focus on anything with the intensity of my grief and the bleeding that continued after the surgery. I stopped bleeding about 2 days ago and I'm trying to make myself focus on my hobbies again while also obviously taking care of my almost 10 month old daughter.

I finally managed to get a little back into writing last night, and it shouldn't be a massive amount of time until Chapter 39 is out, as long as I'm able to keep up with writing the way I managed it last night.

Thank you all for being so patient between chapter updates. I promise I'm trying my best and I'm still so in love with writing -- life just keeps throwing stuff my way that makes it harder to fit it in the way I usually would be able to. I'm exactly 15,520 words into Chapter 39 right now, and there's about 2.5 more scenes left to add in, but they're not massive scenes.

Actually, I'm right at the bit that all of you Nevenny lovers will be foaming at the mouth over. ;)

Again, thank you all so much for being patient when chapters take longer to get out. I appreciate all of your support and I love reading your comments and seeing y'all enjoy this silly fanfic I'm writing :)
