 I'm feeling sleepy but I can't sleep either why is that? Can you give me some advice? I'm needed more sleep

          Hello!
          I'm truly sorry for being late at updating the stories it been a month already, I want to update it regularly but I didn't get enough sleep I was hallucinating when I'm get upand my stomach feel like want to throw up all of them.. I'm tough I'm very sick but nope I'm just didn't get enough sleep... it so bad that I want to fainted.
          And when I ask my mother why this can be happen she says "That's way I told you to sleep early!!! You always act like you didn't hear it. Now you know it's feel right?" And I'm like "okay, I know that already don't be scold me that much ((T♢T))" like that.. well is my fault too, but the scolding is too much... (T^T)
          
          But gladly I'm feeling much better now and I will sleep on time for now and forever
          
          So you guys don't be like me sleep to late if not you will have the same experience like me
          
          And wait until the next story~
          I will surely to update it*
