Not many know what to say for Mental Health Awareness Month
But me personally as a soon to be therapist I just want to tell you that anything that you think isn't enough is and the smallest step is a step.
As Jisung once said 'If there is a child that falls and doesn't get up he won't know what is better to learn to walk, so therefore if you always have joy in your like you won't know what is better, so you have to battle depression once in your life to know that joy is something precious '
okay so it might not make sense because it's not word for word what he said but I just want to say that you can always be better even if better is to get up and brush your teeth, even if better is taking a shower, it's better, so please don't underestimate yourself, trust and believe in you and always find a safe space or person for you, I have mine, if you don't have one I'll help as good as I can , if you can't find a therapist no matter the reason, money, trust or anything, find a way in the best way you can
Think about you and all those around you please think of the smallest things they do and try to help
