Well with Izuku I complement his hair, and his strength! I try to do it when he's not expecting me to, cause he'll blush a lot, and just look really cute.
With Todoroki it's kind of harder, I once tried to compliment his talent, and he asked me "what talent?" So I'm still working on that with him!
