          Hi,
          I just finished reading your book, and it was a ride. There were times I caught myself weeping and didn’t even realize it. It was one of the most realistic portrayals of sexual trauma I’ve ever read — devastating in the truest sense. I can’t tell if I loved the book or if I’ll ever come back to it, because of how painful it was and how deeply it left me disturbed. All that said, your writing is commendable.
          
          I want to comment more on the story, but I’m still out of words. It reminds me of a short story I read back in school called “The Fly” by Katherine Mansfield. It felt as if the story was testing how long James could go on, being pushed and pulled through these moments until he couldn’t anymore. It’s beautiful in that way.
          
          More than that, it made me understand why so many writers try to romanticize the horrible situations their protagonists go through — it’s like a defense mechanism against the horrid reality, an escape that lets both them and us readers find something almost hopeful in stories like this. I look forward to reading more of your work.

I mean James being stuck with them will make this story more cruel.. or Sebastien's pov. And I would love to read more books from you.. thankyou for your work :)))

ALRIGHTY, PEOPLE I HAVE FINISHED EDITING AND CHANGING UP THE SUBMISSION TO THE MAFIA STORY, AS OF RIGHT NOW IT HAS A DIFFERENT STORYLINE, DIFFERENT PLOT LINE, CHARACTERS ACT DIFFERENT, IT IS WAY MORE BRUTAL AND GORY AND CONTAINS MUCH MORE 18+ SHIT SO BEWARE WHEN READING. THE ENDING OF THE STORY HAS BEEN CHANGED TO. HAVE FUN READING AGAIN! I HOPE YOU WON'T BE TOO MAD AT ME. LOVE YOU ALL, SAFE READING <3

I have rewritten 6/20 chapters of this fic already and will slowly read through them and fix them up. I have changed some characters and how they act. For instance, James isn't such a baby anymore, yes he cries but who wouldn't if someone is beating the shit out of you or hurting you. Also Ms. Clara is not a sweet woman, she is working for Sebastian and the man has respect for her. She is a woman who is cold and stoic but sweet to those who are family. Some events in chapters have been changed drastically from some to a lot. Chapter 5 was changed the most I believe to be way more brutal than before. Anyways I hope you enjoy the story way more when all of the chapters are fixed up and re-written, some things I will definitely change is; the past friends, yeah no, they aren't friends during childhood, also the part where James gets admitted to the hospital and his father comes, yeah no, I will also change it from James liking the men ever, cause he wont, Marcos will be more rough as well and not so sweet to James cause I actually hated it. James does get a concussion when Sebastian smashed his head against the wall but doesn't lose his memory, the men will be way more brutal and abusive to James. The only reason that James accepts the men is because of the abuse he goes through, bit by bit as the weeks turn to months James starts acting more submissively to not get hurt by the men, fighting from time to time. In the end James will escape the guys but in the end he will be caught again, the guy selling him off. So the ending will be a bad end not a good end. I wanted to make it a happy ending but thought about it. With so much abuse that James went through, will it be mental, physical or even sexual he is broke and getting captured again after thinking he was safe, sold out by someone he thought he could trust just breaks him...

So I'm going to be editing some Chapters in Submission to the Mafia (BL) since I've been reading through it and I've noticed mistakes and errors which I made in each chapter. There might be some changes to a few chapters that differ from the original Chapters, so if you remember them differently I'm sorry. I hope you enjoy the story if you're reading it as a new reader.
