Since I moved to college like a week ago, I realized how far behind I was socially. Like what do you mean you guys are actually going out to parties every night and buying fake ID's. I thought that was a fake thing they did in movies. No, I'm just an antisocial hermit.

@Mischief_x_Managed I've had college classes experience, but I've started uni same time as you, and seeing people act the way they do ..... I truly did think it was all movie stuff . Like what do you mean you're trying to buy + sell weed on the public school social media. I don't live in the dorms, but the fire department has to be called every week because of something in the kitchen, or laundry room. Good luck to you though!!!

Sitting in the waiting room, less than 10 minutes away from my first therapy appointment after wanting this moment for years. I've talked to fake therapists in my head since I was 12 trying to sort stuff out that was happening to me. I knew I could never go to anyone about what was happening. I waited it all out in silence for my chance to do it on my pwn terms. I showed up the day I turned 18 to do this. It's a full circle moment. Wish me luck ❤️

My favorite boss moment of mine that I'll always think of is applying and getting in to every public ivy league school on the east coast, then seeing the look of mortification on my 8th grade english teacher (who told me I was the dumbest kid she's had) after I mentioned it when I was on my senior walk through while I was wearing my salutatorian sash.

Guys ao3 is down and I was in the middle of a 300k fic. Coming back to Wattpad while it's getting fixed is like the walk of shame.

@Mischief_x_Managed haha I mean, don’t worry, my dad’s side is from Florida/the East Coast too, and I/my mom’s side is from California/West Coast, so I kinda get it. I got all the extremes in my family (not always where you’d expect them though)

Having a comfort character that you have a Very Niche Image of that is completely different from the fandom perception of them is actually torture. Worse if its a bad fandom.
