I just learned that I know a Japanese expression that means “lonely” or “alone.”

          I had almost tripped over a baby gate and sort of fell because of it, when I fell I had exclaimed "Kotaku!" out of startledment. After a moment I started becoming concerned on whether or not it was a word in a different language or not- as it sounded too likely not to check, so I searched [Kotaku meaning]! 
          
          I have no clue on if I had previously heard this word or not, so I don't know where it came from.

Ok I was just on AO3 after becoming curious about if there were any Phineas and Ferb fanfics.... There are.. there are 3531 of them, 3440 of which being in English.
          
          That's fine! great even! ..... I'm just confused/shocked about the relationship paring that I saw the most of before coming over here being flipping...
