You could have Christian help her in the grocery store (Wednesday) and then run the reports right after. Christian goes to get the memory card to run into Leila to ask her out for lunch or dinner or a picnic on his boat(That would be Thursday) After he invites are up to Escala  introduces her to the NDA, contract and Red Room. Your idea of them going into the Red Room first was an AWESOME idea.
