Hey guys. It has been a very VERY long time since I’ve posted anything on here. Thankfully, I’m still alive. I’ve discovered another passion (involving writing). I’ve officially decided that I want to become a film director as my career in the future. I love writing so much, but seeing people bring YOUR story to life is such a rush that I want to do it as much as possible. I’m about to become a senior in high school, which means I will have very minimal downtime. It is summer vacation, but I’m going to spend my summer making movies for my senior portfolio (a collection of all of your best works that colleges get to look at to see what you can do) and that way I can show colleges what I really can do. If I have some time leftover, I’ll try updating some of my books. Even if I don’t, remember that I’ll always have a passion for creative writing. It’s an amazing world that I’ve been a part of for 8 years of my life. Started back in 3rd grade and plan to continue expanding my creative world as I grow older. Thanks for understanding you guys. I love you all. Stay creepy, lovelies

Good morning, my creeptastic friends!
Yes, I know- I’ve missed like 14 billion words of the week. And I’m sorry.
To make up for it, I have a writing prompt. Lately I haven’t been able to write anything, meaning my creative outlets weren’t working. So I turned to writing prompts and they really helped. So here’s one for you guys! Make it short, make it long! Do whatever. Can’t wait to see what you guys come up with.

She held her breath. The door handle was rusty, and the warehouse rotting. Should she take this chance? She was about to find out.

Tell the rest of the story.

Have a lovely weekend my Creeptastic community!

@MissMangle her hand on the door knob began to tremble. She calmed herself: listened to her breath until it became calm, even, felt the coolness of the metal just under her fingers, smelled the cold, metallic scent of rust & listened to the drip, drip, drip of water coming from nearby. She willed her heart to slow, beating in time with the drip. Drip, beat-beat, drip, beat-beat, drip, beat-beat. Once all of her senses had worked in concert to calm her; she set her jaw firm, raised her head, affixed a hardness to her face & opened the door.....

Heh. Funny. Hello, my creeptastic Friends. I’m here to give ya your word of the week. Before I do, I have to talk about this hilarious event that occurred today. I was wearing a T-Shirt that said “You Are What You Write.” So....that means I’m a psychotic serial killer, a group of gay rights activists, a girl with a psychotic teacher and a metallic false arm, a fairy who watches over people to ensure they have sweet dreams, a warrior, a goddess, a queen, a princess, a secret police officer, an Assassin, and a vampire? And several other characters I can’t think of off the top of my head. Dayum. I’m super complicated. Anyways, here’s your word of the week:

          Lament

Give it a whirl! Be sure to post your sentences in the comments!
