Miss Amane's Personality:

On the surface, Misa is a very open, cheerful, friendly girl with a lot of enthusiasm and spunk. She has a lot of energy and determination, which, like many things about Misa, can be both endearing and annoying. She is definitely the sort of person who would be very popular in school with lots of friends and admirers, but that does not mean that her friendships are very deep or meaningful. 

She definitely seems well suited to her career as an idol—a sort of pop culture icon who is part actress, part model, and fully celebrity. She seems sincere in her appreciation of her fans and she certainly displays the ability to make friends with other people. Her status as idol demonstrates that she is an extrovert who thrives on attention. She always wants to do a good job and approaches her work with a sense of professionalism that contrasts with her otherwise childish personality.
