KABANATA 24 and 25 of Patches of Purity is finally up! Here's little snippets of the update:
          
          I carefully opened the door, and the moment the dogs spotted me, their excitement was palpable. I have five wonderful dogs who each bring their own unique charm to my life: a lively Salt and Pepper Schnauzer with its distinctive coat, an adorable Pembroke Welsh Corgi with those signature short legs and big ears, a loyal German Shepherd with a watchful gaze, a playful Siberian Husky with striking blue eyes, and a spirited Brussels Griffon with its lovable, scruffy face.
          
          Zad, who adores dogs, gave me each of these fantastic companions at nakahiligan ko na rin ang mga asong ‘to and my life would be much more boring without these dogs. I am thankful to have them, and it's all because of Zad.
          
          “Hi, babies!” I picked up my Schnauzer puppy, Bruno, who was wagging his little tail like crazy. He loves being held! The other dogs were eagerly waiting for their turn. It’s always fun to see their different personalities and how they all interact!
          
          The other dogs were barking at me too.
          
          “Hey there!” I waved and patted their heads. “What’s up, Beau? And of course, Ava and Shiv! My little darlings.”
          
          Zad pushed up his glasses, a warm smile spreading across his face as he looked at me. “Sorry for dropping in like this,” he said, his tone sincere. “I really miss them, too. It’s been tough without their energy around. But I’m here to fill you in on the results ng pag-cover ko sa shift mo.”
          
          “It was really tiring. I don’t know how you do all of this.” He turned to me and smiled.

Hey everyone! To my readers who are now reading Patches of Purity, I would like to warn you that some of the plot lines may be changed. 
          
          One of the highlights of Steele, Eteri, and her aunt's conversation will be the possibility of delving further into Eteri's dark family history. Some significant topics that may be addressed in this novel will be changed, particularly the way they broke up and their present situation in comparison to the initial draft. Matagal ko na rin siya na pag-isipan, also, this plot will be crucial to Eteri's development as a character, therefore, I ask that you be patient with me as I write it. 
          
          As you're well aware, I'm currently working very hard on editing this story, so I would like to thank you for all of your criticism and all of the readers who indicated that I should make it better. At sabi ko naman sa inyo, and now that I started editing this, I vowed to do all in my power to make the novel enjoyable to read.
          
          Matagal na rin kasi natengga ‘to and nangangapa pa ako sa pagsusulat ng romance ulit kasi ngayon ko lang talaga nabigyan ng time ‘tong collaboration namin. Still, I would like to thank all of the people who have read them and I have read all of your comments. I enjoy learning from you all and using it to help me as a writer.
          
          I swear to put in even more effort and try my hardest to write this series! I also want to express my gratitude for your support during the Glow Up Series!

KABANATA 23 is up! 
          When I finally closed my eyes, I whispered, "The thing is, Steele, I'm afraid of how they will think about us." My voice sounded so weak that I wasn't sure if it would get through to him.
          
          Steele grunted a little and tangled his hair in frustration as he sighed, "Eteri."
          
          "Do you really think I give a damn about what people say or think about us? No, that doesn't even matter anymore. Could you please at least have confidence in us for once? Is this really what you feel, huh?"
          
          His gaze was intense, and he exuded confidence in his own judgment. And he's always had such confidence in everything. Even to his own emotions. Ako lang ang natatakot na sumugal. Natatakot pa rin akong magmahal.
          
          Kung ako lang, gusto ko na rin na mawala ang mga takot ko. If only I had the courage to confront that.
          
          "Is that too much for me to ask? I don't want you to judge me the way I do." Lumapit ako kay Steele, tinaas ko ang kamay ko, at napahawak na lang ako sa damit niya and my eyes started to water, and I was overcome by all the feelings I was experiencing at the time.

WE HAVE DOUBLE UPDATE FOR TODAY! 
          When I noticed that his adam's apple had moved, he cleared out his throat and he started to speak, but he paused for a moment, unable to find the right words to express his feelings. His face was flushed, and it was clearly visible.
          
          "I just..." he sighed once more, "Why is it so difficult to tell you? I can be proud of you and boast about you to everyone when I'm just talking to them pero ang hirap sabihin ng bagay na 'yan kapag dating sa 'yo. Torpeng-torpe ako 'pag dating sa 'yo."
