Oh and you could also judge an awards or something, people tend to do this thing were you have to follow your judge so that helps. You just have to make sure nobody unfollows you afterwards - if so, you can report it to the host. I feel like you deserve more followers, here ya go… followed!
Maybe try to talk to people, have a conversation. If they reply and seem like a nice person, follow them. If they genuinely enjoyed talking to you, they’ll probably follow you back. If not, don’t worry. There’s plenty of users out there.
