I'm Jae Lark, a queer writer raised between cultures, caught somewhere between silence and longing. I write for the ones who've felt too much, too soon-and the ones still learning how to hold all that feeling without shame.

When Erin Came Back was born from the ache of unresolved grief, fractured sisterhood, and the kind of love that never really leaves. Silent Room came from the quiet places I know too well-trauma held in the body, desire tangled with fear, and the slow, sacred process of letting someone in.

My stories center queer hearts, chosen family, and the messy, beautiful contradictions that make us human. I don't write to fix things. I write to name them-softly, honestly, and without apology.

When I'm not writing, I'm probably replaying conversations in my head, building playlists that feel like home, or daydreaming about ocean light and simpler summers back on the islands
