If Jesus was a man, he would have sinned. You cannot say that he was man then say he didn't sin.  Either he was man and has sinned and made the human race believe in lies, or he was a spirit that never sinned because he was already dead and possessed someone to believe something that wasn't true and also had them tell lies.
