Idk if this user is still active on wattpad or not because I was fourteen when i last used this app. Uninstalled wattpad 6-7 years ago when i apparently gradually "grew out" of it.
Just a while ago a friend reminded me of old times when this place used to be such a huge and important part of our lives. We used to write and dedicate chapters to each other and recommend and discuss stories and stuff it was such good fun. Came back to wattpad to relive old memories and stumbled upon Mistalee's profile from one of my saved books, and thats when memories came flooding back. Mistalee was simply one of my favourite authors on wattpad. I still remember Love came with an umbrella (it was one of the first books my friend recommended when i first got here), I remember "Is he a She"/"testosterzone", I still remember "Knight with no Armour", I remember it all. These stories were what i impatiently looked forward to, throughout the entire day at school. These characters were once my best friends, my muse. I remember crying with them, laughing with them. Some of these books have different names now.
Idk if Mistalee would see this message on their wall, but if they do, thank you for your amazing creations. I might abandon this app once again (I'm too burnt out to read or write anything now) but I promise I'll remember you. I'll remember your stories. And I'm grateful for the joy that, for a day or for an age, was brought to my life by your art.

@MyriadOfSmiles Hiii, omg I remember you (the iconic profile picture). I hadn't written much in the last 4 years and yesterday night I had such a big self reflection so i logged in to find this lovely message. It made me almost cry and has given me the courage to start writing again. Thank you so much for giving my stories a try and for being so kind. Love xx p.s. The fact you actually remember "Knight with no armour" which has been changed to Fireflies of the Dusk for the last 8 years TT My heart can't take this much happiness
