          Work is slow going for final chapters. Chemotherapy and downtime continue to dominate my waking hours. When not dealing with that, pretty out of it most of the time. Was hoping to get my story wrapped up before the worst of it but looks like those final chapters will need to wait till I stabilize a bit more. Sorry for the delays but mayhem aka Charlie aka Murphy does not honor plans. Any combat Vet can agree with that one. Were at the home stretch of this story so will get it down even if I have to get someone else for reasons I don't want to think about. Hopefully it doesn't come to that though.

Ok, so I feel I need to address this as I keep seeing advertisements for it. This story has been stuck in purgatory for almost 2 years at one point. While I am flattered some would even consider it for adaptations into comics or other media, my first and only priority for now is completing this story. Ok, slight amendment to my original notice. As I have no idea how this recovery is going to go whereas I will be writing my final chapters sooner rather then later it will be more then a few weeks before they publish. My schedule plan is to re-release my edited chapters on a weekly automated schedule so by my count should be seeing those final chapters drop at some point in November or December. I didn't realize Wattpad has a publish schedule feature now. Yes, its been a bit since I was actively writing.

Update: I have begin the process of going through error and grammar checking my ongoing fanfiction story which has sat on ice to long: The Draconian Star.
          Final chapters already have titles and will soon begin outlining and writing rough drafts. Hoping to have these finalized and out the door in a few weeks.
          Why the sudden motivation? Some considerable changes to my health are facilitating and driving my want to complete any writing projects I have been sitting on. It is serious and no not going to get into it but everyone involved seems to be optimistic about it so that is the mindset I will keep as well. Its not the pause in my life's madness I asked for but planning to make the best of it.

          Still alive and well here. If any have visited my Deviant Art account, you will note I am still active though not publishing stories at the moment. I have been spending my off hours when not at work or parenting actually playing games as of late. Story drafting continues on and off there but only when creativity emerges. 
          
          I have been writing down a few ideas on a fanfic or two but won't reveal anything new until I have a pretty solid idea on where its going.

So yeah, I have pulled the Draconian Star from active rotation as its been in flux for a little bit. And since the 2023 SMB Movie, I have begin to re-evaluate my own story itself. Thinking of a few new ideas. Don't expect anything to come out of it as of yet. Just tossing around potential plot directions and such. Well, back to my writer cyrostasis for now. Will reemerge when I come up with something.

I have been a bit in denial on my creativity and overall drive to write but I think it's time to face facts. I just don't want to write for public viewing anymore. Lack of interest and such combined with its just not fun for me lately. It feels like work and that's usually my sign to stop or pause. I will still continue to write stories in my own time offline at some point but for now publishing anything further is on indefinite hold. My focus is just on other endeavors and life right now. Project Ayla will continue but off line and at my own deliberate pace. No estimated time of completion. For the moment it's published status has been voluntarily reversed. Thanks.

          So I have posted my intro chapter for my new story Ayla. It departs from fanfiction and is going to be my first original piece so new territory. Their is no release schedule as I write only when I have time between work, being a mama, life and etc so will get to that finish line eventually. I figure this first step will keep my motivational fire lit so I can keep moving forward to completion.

Hi Hi friends! I am pleased to report writing is going well though not quite at the speed I would like. Life, mommy duties and work continues to provide plenty of turbulence but rest assured I am still working on my new story. At this point, I am up to chapter 3 of my new story, Aylia. I can not give a reliable estimate as its still too early too tell. At this point, I am trying to get at least a rough draft out then I will go back over it for refinement. Updates to the story's progress will appear here as they become available. In the meantime, continue to look forward to my usual activity on Instagram for the time being.
