I'm turning into an absolute crash out. Why the fuck is nothing loading???

I don't know what to do anymore. I have been violated and I'm not sure how to cope with this. I might take a small mental health break. I'm not sure, though. I just really need support from my friends after what happened today, and I just want to be rid of this uncomfortable feeling stuck in my stomach. Please let it get it better.
