Hi! So, it's been about 24 days of no electricity here in my place. All because of Super Typhoon Rai, which took many lives and destroyed the livelihood of the people. My family and I are fine, but most of the people's homes were destroyed. This is the first time in my 18 years of life that I experienced such a storm. The wind was so strong, it made such strong noices as if it had its own voice. Roofs were flying, trees were falling, all of us were scared. Ships almost hit houses near the waters. Worst of all, covid gets worse all due to 'poblacion girl'. This girl came from the US and was quarantined in a hotel, but her parents helped her get out. She went out to a dinner party where she wasn't even invited. People asked how she was there when she just arrived a few days ago. Then, she told them she had 'connections'. After getting her test results, turns out, she was positive for covid. After that incident the covid situation worsened all because of this one girl who got out of quarantine due to connections. Well, I'm hoping that electricity will come back and things go back to normal, because it's really hot. My situation today made me realize on how I took thing for granted when I had them. May you all stay safe and God bless you all!
