The creators of Wattpad claim to have developed this app and website for EVERY aspiring writer out there regardless of their location or the language they write in and now they want us to just accept their disregard and disrespect to more than 30 languages, that will no longer be supported as of 11 of June. Wattpad was supposed to be a place for EVERYONE to let their creativity flow. 
          
          I ask every member of the affected language communities to communicate their displeasure with Wattpad in the comment section of their announcement of the 2024 Wattys Awards and on every other social media of their platform, using the hashtags:

I am Bulgarian aspiring writer, who is fluent in both English and German and is also learning Arabic, all languages, that will continue to be supported, but I want to write in MY native language, because the Bulgarian words of the stories I wish to share are the words of my soul. 
            
            I may translate some of my works into English to gain a bigger audience, but I still want for my original Bulgarian readers to be able to continue finding my stories, and this will be very hard if pur language is mixed up with the other no longer supported ones in the "others" category.

I just published a few informative chapters to "Throne of Thorns" - an epic historical fiction set in the 9th-10th century Abbasid caliphate. It is the first book of a trilogy titled "The City of Peace".
          
          What if the Abbasid caliphate didn't start decling in the middle 9th century is one of the biggest what-ifs in history and I try to explore it together with my OCs.

Just a quick update for my English-speaking followers. I've deleted "Rose of the Desert" and will be translating it again, after I get more time on my hands. The story has been rewritten and is currently ongoing on my other profile @gerrianvb exclusively in Bulgarian for now and with a new title - "A Throne of Thorns". As soon as I have more chapters in the original language, I will also renew translation.

So Abu Muslim (the general of the Abbasid revolution) comes to see the caliph and is like "Hey, Abdullah (al-Mansur's given name), wat'cha doin' ma man?" To which the caliph respoponds like every old friend would... commanding his guards to wrestle the general to the ground and murder him. 
          
          When Abu Musilim's men came looking for him nice guy Abdullah ordered for another tent to be put next to his to make it seem like the general was camping by his side.
          
          There is also this legend about him keeping the dead bodies of the Alid pretenders in salt because why the f not, but that's a story for another time.
