Hi everyone here is the current synopsis for my WIP the first couple of chapters release at the end of april
"Six months ago, Mari Harrington fled with her daughter, Lily, escaping the suffocating grip of a man who once vowed to love her. Now, she's built a new life in a quiet town, pouring her heart into Lavender & Lace, a flower shop that doubles as her sanctuary. Between watercolor paintings, pottery classes, and the warmth of her little girl, she's finally breathing again. But safety is a fragile illusion, and when a devastating fire traps her inside, her past isn't the only thing threatening to consume her.
Lieutenant Ade Bennett has spent his life running-into burning buildings, from the shadows of his family's expectations, and from the daughter he's too afraid to claim.
