I'm having a brilliant new burst of inspiration lately, thankfully. However I think there are some structural changes I'd like to make from now on. I am not going to focus on chapter length very much for a while, but rather I will follow the flow of the story, so some chapters may end up very short while other will be long.
          
          I am working on my phone at the moment, so I won't be doing major editing on the previous chapters, but when I have my laptop again I'll probably make some sensible alterations.
          
          Anyway, in the meantime, please, do enjoy the tale as it unfolds.
          
          Bear in mind, our characters are still very young, so they're still not who they will become. I hope you enjoy watching them grow up, and I hope to raise them well

This next chapter of 'Fire In Her Eyes' seems to be taking a while... I have been so super tired lately. Thank you for your patience, I can assure you, Ember and her brother will have their duel though! :D

Ladies and Gentlemen! I am excited to announce that I have reworked the first bit of Fire In Her Eyes to have a slightly better flow, I think. I'm still keen to hear your input, and if you find inconsistencies, I am always keen to read comments, I am looking forward to your constructive criticism.

Alright people, so apparently my chapters are taking about 10min to read, which is all fine and well, but I'm thinking that a slightly longer chapter would be better, so I am planning to merge and adjust the published chapters and allow myself a little more freedom in the coming chapters.
          
          I love that I can make these changes so early on in the book, and I'm hoping that the changes will be few and far between as the story grows.

Good morrow my fine fellows! 'Fire In Her Eyes' is starting to get interesting! 
          My girl Ember is about to kick some butt in a duel! 
          I'm excited but nervous to write my second ever 'fight' scene and I'm hoping they'll get more interesting as we go.

I have a strange question, what is a 'normal' update schedule? 
          
          Because I keep feeling like when I publish a chapter, I'm almost certain to go through it later and edit it like, a hundred times, and I'm actually super embarrassed to upload a chapter at a time because I know that I HATE reading incomplete books and then waiting for the next chapter, so I'm wondering if I should finish the whole book and THEN upload the rest, or if I should keep uploading as the each chapter is done and then edit them later? 
          
          Any advice or feedback would be welcome

So, I accidentally started my story down a whole new path, lol. Ya know that feeling when your character suddenly announces something that you didn't even know was a thing? yeah, that happened... I can't wait to see where this leads!

The first few chapters of 'Fire In Her Eyes' are up! We get to meet the ember whose passion burns undeniable brightly in her youth, will this fire continue to blaze, or will it be doused by the world she is faced with?
