My mother has raised me for 13-15 years, and She still doesn't know that I can't understand hints. Her being like: I don't know if it'll work.. let me check the schedule. Apparently means No. I thought it meant We'll see. She then gets mad at me because I can't hear no. YOU AREN'T SAYING NO, YOU'RE DROPPING HINTS THAT I CAN'T READ.
