We don't know how they really act, but..it's like a small family at best. Containing random members as one. A kitsune, a demon, a void general, yeah it's a bit stupid.
Delta is probably the oldest aka the headmaster of The Watchers at the moment, eldest would actually be Nova but he's sealed for an unspecified amount of time already.
