**It's finally Friday!**
> After what probably felt like a gruesome 38749 days, we're finally able to have somewhat of a break! I'm super proud of you for making it through the week, especially if it was hard for you! You are all so deserving of nothing but happiness.
**my word of advice as of right now: **
> Students, don't stress over finals! Even if you feel unprepared, some grade does NOT define your worth, no matter what you think. You are such a hardworking person, a grade shouldn't demotivate you from that! And if you're feeling knocked down, knock that burden in the head twice as hard, and get back up! You've got this!

>If you haven't, that's okay! Sometimes we're too caught up in life to worry about ourselves. Please take the time to do something kind for yourself! Take a nap, get some exercise, fresh air, calm yourself down in any way you can, or just do whatever you enjoy doing! Just by taking some time away, you're helping yourself heal, and become more relaxed!
