So basically she was going off on how people think that Mitsuri, Kanao, and Nezuko are fanservice when they are CLEARLY NOT. She was explaining to me how in the official art you don't see them being sexualized, only the males (SPECIFICALLY THE OLDER ONES LIKE SANEMI AND TENGEN) because that is how they do fanservice (more like OC lore). They seem to push past the part that the reason why some parts of the show do look sexualized is because of their personality (hence why Mitsuri wasn't able to say no to the Kakushi), because of their ACTUAL circumstance (the outfit nezuko is wearing is supposed to support a 12 YEAR OLD and she turned a couple years older, hence why the outfit wouldn't fit her anymore), or just because they're looking past the character's environment and their circumstances (like Kanao probably has such a short skirt because all her decisions were made with the coin. Shinobu/Kanae wouldn't have interfered because they want her to have freedom and a choice in her say).
And from what I know with fan service, the creators really try to incorporate fan service into every aspect of their production, including official art. You can see that in most of their official art, Sanemi's shirt is open. But in those same ones, where Mitsuri, Kanao, or Nezuko could be sexualized for the same reasons, they aren't. ITS BECAUSE MITSURI DIDN"T WANT A REVEALING SET OF CLOTHES, KANAO & NEZUKO ARE MINORS (& their whole uniform was set on their environment/circumstance - i really don't think Ufotable would stoop so low to sexualize minors).
So yea, that was her whole reasoning for why Ufotable doesn't really do fanservice. It's just based on their character lore, settings, and circumstances.
