Idrk how to do this announcement, so Im just gonna write and see what happens.
I do not care about Socksquad or anything to do with them anymore. It has been 3 years since I first wrote a fanfic about them (1 of my very first fanfics ever) and I hold these stories dearly. I love the stories but the source material means nothing to me at this point. I have not watched them in over 2 years at this point.
I do NOT plan to continue writing any stories except M&M. I would, however, give an extra chapter about what would've happened or what the initial concept was for the story, if people want to see that.
I dont think M&M will be updating very often. I love the story with all my heart (Ive worked on it for 3 years, after all) but I dont have the motivation to write for it. I think once a year is all the updates you'd get. So, the question is:
Once a year M&M updates, or do I just let it go?
Should I tell you what my thoughts were in one final 'chapter', tell you all the little secrets and ideas that've been kept hidden away for so long, and then drop the story forever? Really, its about whether you'd be willing to watch me write so, so very slowly until I forget what I was even writing about, or if you just want quick satisfaction in knowing how the story would've played out.
I dunno when I will make the final call on when to stop M&M (Ive thought about it several times and the idea does actually makes me sad) but at this point Im not sure its really worth it to have a story that hasnt updated in almost a year be kept in purgatory forever.
And also: I want to leave Wattpad behind. You could still find me, ofc; I have AO3 where I write Hermitcraft/LifeSeries stuffs and my YT where I do animation and 8-BIT covers of music I like. I'll still check this place maybe once every year, but Ive done my part here. Its time to move on, now. Thanks, guys. But no more Socksquad stuff will be coming from me (except maybe M&M). It was a good run. o7
