Okay guys, I went to the doctor because I have had a lot of swelling in my fingers and they're turning black around the skin,, It almost looks like I removed rings when I haven't worn rings in many many months. I was sure it was because I was typing a lot, so I ignored it. Until last night, when my fingers became swollen and I didn't write. So, I went to urgent care. They said something is wrong with me medically, (S it's not writing that's causing this) They did blood work, but they think I have arthritis or lupus, but won't be sure until I get my results back. I will try to write more when my fingers unswell and unstiffen. I am so nervous about what's happening to me. Writing is my passion and I'm afraid they're going to tell me I have something wrong with me to where I may lose my hands. Both hands are being affected by this. I made sure to tell them I type a lot, and they said it was medically. It did make me feel better, because I was sure that it was from writing. Thankfully not, but I can't tell if that's worse.
