Tmi and tid are YA fiction series by Cassandra Clare 
            
            Tmi - The Mortal Instruments 
            (6 books) 
            Tid - The Infernal Devices 
                       (3 books, Tid is the prequel trilogy of tmi) 
            
            I would highly recommend you read them as they are my favourite book series, each have amazing plots, very relatable and lovable characters and also lots and lots of action!
