They could be sextuplets, septuplets, octuplets, decuplets, etc. And the main character has all his sisters as wives. But only his sisters. Don't include outside women in the harem. Honestly, I've always been curious about the idea of a femboy, incestuous protagonist. Also, the theme of identical twins is interesting to me. Have you seen those animes where the main characters are two twins of different genders? And they swap genders, dressing up as their brother or sister to impersonate them and deceive people? Something like Black Lagoon..
