'Sup. Ahoy. Aloha. Hola. Greetings.

I'm a dancer, and a dance teacher. I've been doing it for as long as I can remember, and these days I'm a member of a professional tap dance company in Chicago, but I live in the southeast corner of Wisconsin. I drive a lot. I am also teaching and choreographing dance to dancers of all ages. Mostly tap, but I do jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and a bit of ballet. Dance has and will always be my life, but in the midst of all of it, my imagination seems to float away to different places. 

 I am a Disney wiz. (Big Hero 6, Sleeping Beauty, and Coco are my tops). I can quote word for word the entire ending of Kingdom Hearts II. I read every Percy Jackson book at least twice. (some of them far more than that). Same with Harry Potter. I religiously read the newer Nightwing comics. Groot is my homie, despite my preference for DC comics. I binged the entirety of Supernatural in about two weeks, and am now quoting lines from "Scoobynatural". I cried with joy during the musical episode of The Flash. Paul McCartney as a pirate in "Dead Men Tell No Tales" is one of the greatest things to ever happen in a movie. Kanan Jarus and Anakin Skywalker are my favorite Jedis, and no you can't change my mind.

I've had a story brewing in my head for years; one that is a sort of manifestation of all sorts of stories I've enjoyed. (Some of which have been mentioned above). I never imagined writing in a serialized manner, or posting online for that matter. But, I needed to take a bigger step and swallow the doubt and fear. I actually already have a completed draft of the story, but will edit (as best I can, anyway) and reformat it as I post each chapter. And, I will post regularly! Writing contests on Wattpad are super fun to do, so I'll post a short story every now and then, too.
