@MsMaryMac It most likely has to do with the Sims then. I played Sims, but my computer never crashed, it only froze occasionally. But I guess whether or not your computer crashes is based on how much RAM you've already used up. You may want to delete some of your other temporary files to prevent your computer from overheating. If that doesn't help, then there's most likely something else wrong with your computer.
