@lubmy20rupeekipepsi are you guys serious atp? If we start treating similar titles, exam arcs, or political/factory introductions as proof of copying, then almost every story in this genre could be accused of copying because these stories naturally follow similar structures and tropes. What actually matters is whether there are identical sequences, scenes, character dynamics, or directly lifted writing, and that doesn’t seem to be the case here. At the end of the day, similar vibes or shared tropes do not automatically mean copying. If that alone was enough, then half the stories in this genre would constantly be under accusation. And about “crediting” if people start demanding credits for shared genre elements, then every political romance author would have to credit every other political romance author. You guys are taking this way too personally for no reason. And about me being “disrespectful” ? publicly accusing someone of copying without proper proof and stand, ruining their motivation, morale, and mental peace, is also disrespectful. Writing is already a vulnerable thing. Imagine pouring your heart into something and then one random day someone suddenly goes, “hey, you copied me, now give me credits.” Obviously that’s frustrating as hell. So maybe gather proper points before publicly accusing someone of copying.
