Yes, the Community is basically the new version of the Clubs (https://www.wattpad.com/clubs) though as far as I know, it's still beta and they're still working on it before officially launching the site.

Hello fellow writers and lover's of the written word.
          There are many things I love to do. A very good friend once called me a polymath.
          Been divorced for  forty years and always revert a refrain from a Russian immigrant He said, " Too soon we get old to late we get smart."
          That's where I am right now.
          My current occupation demands  that I write a great deal but in a business oriented sense.
          I do read an enormous amount normally American authors. 
          Thriller, but reality related.
          I have great interest in Western History circa 1066 to modern times.
          I love most music but place grey store in the greats Bach, Brahms Vivaldi Beethoven  Mozart..
          There is much more to tell. I will quite now  so that whoever reads this might want to know more.
