You can reveal Naruto's identity only to Hashirama and Tobirama Senju along with Mito Uzumaki because fooling them by masking the Chakra is impossible. They will even sense even if you are at the border of Konoha. So, his identity will be revealed only to the people I mentioned above along with Shinigami. Shinigami made sure that no one will interrupt them nor will find out Naruto's identity. It will be a great help to Naruto if he receives their knowledge. He can become strong by mastering them. Also, Kushina, her kids, tsunade should be punished for what they did to Naruto and who is better than them for punishment

Also, one of the servants of Fire Daimyo accidentally heard Malty of how she wrongly framed Naruto due to her hate for Jinchuriki who told this to Fire Daimyo who confirms this after his personal investigation. Later on, he clears the name of Naruto from all the charges in front of entire world and also punished those who wronged Naruto especially Malty.

@MuayThaiSimp  Naruto will request Kurama to train him in everything Kurama knows be it Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Kenjutsu, Taijutsu, Fuinjutsu, Senjutsu along with all forbidden techniques, etc. Naruto retrieved everything from Uzushiogakure (home of Uzumaki clan) as suggested by Kurama. Souls of previous clan heads of Uzumaki clan along with previous Uzukage's made Naruto Heir of the Uzumaki Clan after banishing kushina and her kids along with tsunade upon learning Naruto's life since his birth till he faked his death. They also transferred their knowledge to Naruto. Naruto even summoned Hashirama and Tobirama via Edo Tensei under the guidance of Third Hokage and told them whatever happened in his life since his birth till faking his death. You know what will be their reaction. They will banish tsunade from senju clan and name Naruto heir of the Senju Clan along with transfer of their knowledge.

@SriShay When summoning the Shinigami, it already makes a contract with the user. In exchange with the users soul, they can use the abilities granted by the shinigami. No comprimises and no external deals, it already has been sealed the moment they summoned the shinigami. Plus I've already listed why Naruto won't be there and won't be able to save Hiruzen or even get info from the Hokage's themselves. To be frank some parts of your ideas doesn't make sense like how would Naruto even communicate to edo hashirama or tobirama to get their knowledge, how would Naruto be able to see the shinigami when ONLY the user and the one being used on can see it.

@SriShay Ok there's a lot to consider here with your ideas :
            1. Naruto won't be able to get back to Hiruzen because he's too occupied with fighting Shukaku. Although he is strong, even he would have a hard time fighting a literal tailed beast. 
            2. Even if Naruto defeats Shukaku in time and comes back to the chunin exams arena (Which is very unlikely), he woudn't be able to destroy the barriers that the 4 sound ninja's created and also he would be injured from his fight with Gaara.
            3. Even if Naruto managed to do all that, he woudn't be able to talk to Hashirama, Tobirama, and Mito because Orochimaru's influence, only way I see that happening if Orochimaru voluntarily undo the seal for them to talk and share their knowledge with him.
            4. Naruto woudn't be able to have a deal with the shinigami. Because Naruto does not have knowledge on the jutsu and even he did, the Shinigami won't make a deal with him. I mean why would the Shinigami openly interact with someone and make a deal when they already made a contract with the user of the jutsu that in exchange in using this jutsu, the soul of the caster will be the price. So no.
            5. Pacing is too fast and there is no build-up for Naruto's identity reveal and other scenes I want to implement.

@SriShay ok so first of all, this idea if pretty good already but the thing is I don't plan to reveal Naruto's identity well not yet. :> if you want to know the reason, it's because he's too weak, if they knew that Naruto Uzumaki-Namikaze was and he's role in the very secretive organisation in the demon slayer corp. People like Orochimaru would be seeking out the existence of demons and experiment on them. This can also apply with like other villages where they would try to modify the blood to suit the human needs.
