Couldn't get chapter 17 out before the end of February, been real busy with things. It should be done sometimes this or next week though.

Didn't follow up on finishing chapter 16 by the end of the year. But its out now, I don't know when chapter 17 will come out but expect it at the very least before the end of February.

After a long while chapter 15 is up. sorry for the Hiatus. I can promise at the very least chapter 16 will come out before the end of the year.
