I was in the same boat till I found the trick!
What I did was start a new story THEN basically write fanfiction of my own story. I have a unreleased bonus chapter of about 6000 words full of random scenarios between my characters. None of it really connects at all. It just gets all my story juices out
I’d suggest that! Till there’s nothing left to write
