          I CAME UP WITH A NEW IDEA (also this is an AU thing, not all of the stuff I'm stating is canon to the game, if it's not in the game then it's just canon to the AU)
          
          So uh I'm a big Dandy's World fan, and there's this one really good Bassie fan-song called "FOOL-ME-NOT" and it was inspired by / based on the new official Bassie song called "Wilting"
          
          I get that it's about Bassie feeling useless compared to Cocoa and wishing to be her, but hear me out really quick :
          
          Snorpy & Chandlo as Sprout & Cosmo with this song.
          
          They both admire each other, but at the same time, they both wish that they were actually on the same level, since Snorpy is a Main Character and Chandlo was just made to be his best friend, and he's practically useless if he can't even be that
          
          The first verse and chorus focus on Chandlo, while the second ones focus on Snorpy, but the bridge is split between the two of them
          ( CHANDLO : "I wish I could be you, you're trapped, but you are free. I wish I could see myself the way that you see me." )
          ( SNORPY : "I know you can see through the lies I have to weave. If only I could tell you, I just don't want you to leave." )
          
          Meanwhile, the final chorus focuses on how their friendship falls apart once Snorpy becomes Twisted
          
          - Snorpy has heavy attachment issues to Chandlo, which makes him worry if Chandlo is going to leave him behind someday
          - Chandlo, on the other hand, worries constantly about Snorpy and always tells himself to stay with him just to make sure he's safe
          
          Gonna be honest, this was just a silly idea that probably wasn't gonna become real in the end whenever I first thought of this, but now the URGE to make this into a real animatic/animation is flooding my mind

Chandlo can probably say the freakiest stuff to Snorpy with a straight face, but the second Snorpy says the WORST pick-up line ever while stumbling over his words, Chandlo's short-circuiting like a robot and blushing

My beige flag as a fanfic writer is that no matter how stupid the plot of one of my stories is, I have to write it in a SERIOUS MANNER because I can't imagine it how people write real crackfics
          
          Like some of the stupidest shit just happened, but there's NO typos, everything is as CLEAR as I can make it, the grammar in both the characters' dialogue and the narrator's is PERFECT, and it's the most serious crackfic you'll even see
