@Murungimitchelle, yes. I got side tracked on the Victorian book, The Heart of a Viscount. I think it's because it took 2 years to write The Shipping Heiress and another year for rewrites, editing, professional cover, and inside formatting. I just needed something fresh, so my writing wouldn't be dull. I wrote about 10 chapters on The Accidental Heiress and felt it was flat. I had an idea for another book and went with it. I wrote my first draft on here, then published it. Since it's a novella of 33K words it only took 6 months and I immediately started book 2 which I've got 14 chapters up on here and 15 coming today. I plan on finishing it in February and will be completely redoing The Accidental Heiress. The story won't change but I cringed when I read what I have lol. So, I'll be doing a heavy edit of the chapters I've got up now and continuing it with a fresh mind and more experience. I'm so happy you liked The Shipping Heiress. The edited version is so much better-there are many mistakes in this version. I'm glad you could see past my novice mistakes. Do you live in the states? Or, where are you from, I should ask. I have readers from 43 plus countries on here and that's thrilling.
