Just started watching the children of whales and as it turns out the voice overs people use for villain Deku edits is actually from this anime. The character they get it from is called Liontari.They have the same voice actor in Japanese so that's why people use what he says. Plus it fits for villain deku edits since Liontari is a phsycopath (did i spell it right?) Hope you learned something new from this. Bye
