i don't know whether you've tried this, but if you go onto your setting, then account settings and then notifications, you can scroll down and mute the notifications from your message board (you've probably already tried this but i thought i would mention it anyway)

@JustVoltronTrash the message board thing I’m getting like 100+ notifications a day and most of it is spam from the message board thing
