Hello my sweet readers. 
          It’s with a heavy heart that I announce I have to indefinitely suspend all of my stories. I won’t remove my account or anything because there’s a chance one day I’ll get back into it. My son was recently (finally) diagnosed and it’s just not good. We’ve been in the hospital for two months with no idea when we’re going home. When we DO go home, life will be very different, has he had a tracheostomy at the beginning of the month. He continues to be my priority and we are going to spend all the time with him as a family as we can, and I hope y’all can understand that. 
          This probably isn’t a huge shock since I’ve updated so very little since having him, but y’all deserved an official departure announcement. 
          I wish all of you well and just thank you for your reads and support over the years.

So I MAY have gotten carried away and posted chapter six of Fortify.

          I was asked to make a cast list but has Wattpad removed that option? Anyways, I went back and added Russ's new actor (in the Amendment series he was Jackson Rathbone, but that was back in like 2012 and before I had planned on him having his own story, so I changed it) to chapter one as a banner and Captain Kitch's actor to chapter four. Some of the "cast" will remain a mystery for spoilers sakes, but I've decided I'll drop a new cast member per chapter (I will also go back some chapters and add some as well)

I hope y'all are doing so so well! I did just post a little something, unfortunately none of my current stories. As I've said before, my son is pretty medically complex and that's been my main focus since he was born pretty much. Anyway, I found that writing just a blip of a fresh thing that happened last month was really therapeutic and it's very different from my normal sort of narrative, so I did go ahead and post it. I would love if you checked it out, but honestly just making myself post something so vulnerable is helpful to me.
           
          I miss you guys so much and I hope one day I can dedicate more time to my stories. For now, they're all officially on hold indefinitely.

So by now you’ve noticed my obnoxious absence. Writing has taken such an unfortunate back burner in my life. It truly makes me sad I can’t dedicate any time to it anymore.
          I’m doing my best and I won’t give up. But this two kid thing is harder than I anticipated. It doesn’t help matters that my son is a sick little boy and we’ve yet to get answers as to why that is. 
          Keep a prayer out for my family or send good vibes. I want to get back into the swing of writing and telling wonderfully over dramatic stories. 
          Just checking in to let you know I haven’t forgotten about you all and I’m not giving up.

Also (and I'm SO SORRY for the spam) who would be interested in reading a one-shot fanfiction? I dabbled a little in "The Secret of Moonacre" fanfiction because I just love Robin and Maria (blame Tik Tok for reminding me that movie exists and that I used to be obsessed with Robin). So I have this cute one shot written, and if anyone is interested in reading it, I'll just edit it a bit (I just wrote it for my own self lol) and post it. And one shot fanfics might be a thing now, idk. It helps me when I'm stuck in my actual stories (y'all idk how many freaking Loki ones I've got, and freaking Boba Fett, and Mandalorian...it's so bad).

Hey guys, another update without an ACTUAL update. I haven’t opened up my laptop in MONTHS, but I finally, maybe, have some time to attempt more writing. I’m still kind of stuck with Russ’s story and I feel really bad I backed myself into a corner with the whole sea adventure (truthfully I know better, I’ve attempted pirate stories in the past and my interest fades really fast, despite how enthusiastically I start off). But I’m determined to push through! 
          I also want to apologize again for my absence. We moved recently and we are still in the process of getting the new house in order and moving  I HATE the process of moving, holy Lord. And also up until two weeks ago, I was hugely pregnant and it is NOT comfortable to either sit in a desk and type or sit on the couch with a lap desk and type. Now I’m just dealing with a toddler and newborn, but I’m out of work til July for my leave. I’m really hoping to dedicate some of my time off work to writing again. I’ve certainly had the urge to! Also I’m genuinely more in the mood to write when it’s not dreary winter outside (idk why really—I’ve got some good weather depression but it just kills my creativity). 
          All this to say I love y’all so much and bare with me! I haven’t abandoned y’all!
