It's mist again dark,eerie,creepy
Creatures crawling howling
Footsteps heard,hurried maybe running
Two colours colliding:white and grey
Opposite but same,
Insane but sane.
Branches whisper secrets unknown
one pure, one not so sure
The wind chants names
Impossible to ignore
Heartbeats echo, synching again
Something ancient stirs in time
It calls, it waits, urging to accept the fate
The more they run, the shackle tightens
The souls emerged again despite being separated.
Bound by curse, or maybe a vow
Forgotten pasts reclaim them now
The moon bleeds silver, skies turn red
A story long buried wakes the dead
Hands reach out through smoke and storm
A union unwanted but quietly awaited
Wait is over, longing is felt, a vow is taken
No blessing, no plea can undo the thread
Of love once sworn, now born of dread.
The mist swells, a crown of grief
Yet in the ache, they find relief
From ashes and bone, a kingdom built
On stolen time, on ancient guilt
The dark still whispers, the trees still warn—
Their peace is borrowed, their fate yet torn.
The morning will come, and the souls will fade,
Retreating to shadows where memories are laid.
They wait, they count, in silence they yearn,
For the mistful dusk and its promised return.
One sacred night, when fate bends tight—
To meet once more in the arms of the night.
(Shared this everywhere so why not here too?)
