I have huge headache and my heart keeps beating fast making me dizzy and nauseated but I keep hiding it 

I ate a whole bag of rat poison last night and I still woke up... and it got me thinking whether if im actually immune to poison or just the rat poison is fake also I wanna tell my mom about it and how much I wanna quit college just for a bit but idk how to tell her
