I officially entered *Built Like Brothers* into the 2026 Wattys!
          
          After a lot of editing, revising, second-guessing, fixing, and then editing some more, I finally decided it was ready. I’m not going into this expecting much, but this is the first writing competition I’ve ever entered, and honestly, submitting the story already feels like a win.
          
          No matter what happens, I’m proud that I finished the book, put in the work to make it the best version I could, and found the courage to enter it.
          
          So, win or lose, I’m still calling myself a winner.
          
          Thank you to everyone who has read, voted, commented, and supported Forrest and Lynk’s story. You helped give me the confidence to take this step. ❤️

Just a quick heads-up: I’m pulling *Built Like Brothers* down for a few days while I edit and polish it up for the Wattys.

I have been on such a binge reading your books! just. left with Luka's books. Had a question- I love Gavin and Ryan and London and Hayden - was just wondering if you every plan to go back to them / their families or are their stories pretty much done? I love those characters they are my absolute favourites

The Door Between Us is getting close to wrapping up, and I hope you all have enjoyed watching Forrest find his family while learning how to actually enjoy life at the same time.

This is a little bit of a different idea, but I think you're kind of good at writing emotional stories, and this would be a bit more of an emotional one, you can of course fill in the parts plot wise- but maybe when you have the chance- if you want to that is- you can make a brotherhood story about a doppelganger. Someone who looks exactly like a character deceased brother (except they're would have no biological relation here maybe). I dont know, I think you could write it and make it work though if you ever wanted.
