I attended a Creative Writing class in the summer of 2011 at Appalachian State University. My professor and friends told me I had a talent for writing, and I just hope whoever reads my stories thinks that they are worth reading :)
Less serious things about me...I can't draw to save my life. At all. Sure I can write spontaneously, but if you give me a pencil and tell me to draw, I will say nothing and probably write. I don't speak color and contrast, I speak diction and word choice. I'm in an art class and somehow have an A. I'm book smart, and not very street smart.
TIP: When I went to the camp over the summer, I learned that writer's block sucks. If you can't get over it, write about your writer's block. I kid you not, it actually works, so don't roll your eyes at me, just try it. Most likely it will work and you will have tons of ideas.
