please can someone tell me a way to stay home from school

when I just want to watch some Olympics but I can feel the anxiety through the screen and it's stressing me out.

I never actually noticed that I have attachment problems until now when my mom left for the weekend and when she came back I started hugging her while crying

I have an amazing idea, so at the end of year at school instead of having people sign your yearbook bring a white hoodie or t-shirt to school either a variety of fabric markers and have people sign it.

gonna try to skip school again after already skipping two weeks, wish me luck :/
