Hello, my name is Ashley and I love to read and I love to write. 

I love to read classic literature like Jane Austen and Charlotte Bronte and I also love reading fantasy and sci-fi like Lord of the Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia and Star Wars. I also adore classic children's literature like the railway series, Madeline, Matilda and many more classic stories. 

I rememeber when I started to get into writing in first and second when we got to do writers workshop and it was so much fun to come up with stories to share. When I started getting a little older I started reading fan fictions or getting into them when I was quite young and finally starting reading them when I discovered the websites Deviantart and Wattpad.  And ever since it has sparked my interest in wanting to create stories myself. 
 And I also love creating characters.

As of now I am starting with fanfiction because I believe that it can be a basis for sparking original ideas for stories. In a way, I see it as practice. 

I want to expand my writing into different genres and continue writing my most deep inner thoughts. I hope that who ever comes on my profile will be inspired by my words and maybe it will get me out of my writers block, so I can create stories again.
