          Aira Lee is suffering from multiple mental illnesses. One of which is a delusional disorder. A type of serious mental illness called psychotic disorder, in which she cannot tell what's real from what is imagined. She has these unshakable beliefs in something that isn't true. And at the same time, hyperphantasia--a condition of having extremely vivid mental imagery. Which made her believed that the man in her imagination, who shares romantic relationship with her, exists in real life. 
          
          She falls hard... She fought for her love against her family who she believes wanted Lucas out of her life! But, what if the therapist treated her anosognosia and finally learn the truth? Would she rather stay insane and be with Lucas or agreed to treat her mental illness and live a normal life?
