OK! So! 
          
          I have stumbled upon this account again. Apparently I have read one of this person’s books as it’s still in my library but has been deleted and only its shell remains. 
          
          After doing some digging and reading (scrolling all the way through the post board) I have concluded that the sudden hate comments for this author started exactly on June 25, 2021. 
          
          This date in particular is extremely eye catching as it was nothing but spam hate on that day. Considering how many it was, it almost seems coordinated. I will go ahead and assume that the death threats started around the same time. 
          
          Now, to clear things up for people who stumble upon here and are wondering wth happened here, TLDR: author wrote some fics where it was reader x step brothers and I’m guessing other fics of similar style. Another point that’s brought in is that this person’s (I believe is their younger) sibling was making their covers. I’m not sure how old either of the two are since I don’t know them and didn’t dig too far (that seems too invasive anyway) but many have assumed both were under 18 when these books were written. 
          
          Anyway, I have no clue where I’m going with this, just thought I’d document this since this is quite the peculiar case. If only the people sending this person hate realized how deep the rabbit whole can get on Wattpad (with all the dead dove stuff). They’d be spending their energy going after those peeps. Then again, 2021 is a pretty decent difference to 2025, so who knows. 
          
          My final thoughts, I hope the author grew outta the phase and is doing better. I would be in mental shock too if I was getting constant messages being called a horrible human being and all that.  
          
          To the author directly: I hope you healed from this horrible experience and grew from that phase you had and you look back at this with cringe and a good laugh.

I think you're a fantastic writer and everyone trashing you is just jealous of your talent. I absolutely adore all your books because of how unique and well written they are.
