          As for anime suggestion, maybe you can try Persona 3, 4, 4 Golden & 5. Although those are more on video games, the anime for Persona 4 & Persona 4 Golden are very nice.

If you really like mystery animes where they solve crimes and such you should watch Gosick, its not that long only about 24 episodes.
